What are your thoughts about the stock market? Do you fear it? Does it excite you? Do you think it is under-regulated? Over-regulated? The nation's economic heartsblood? A nest of vipers? A way to build wealth? A pyramid scheme?

It is by far the best way to build wealth over time. It fascinated me when I was much younger because I wanted to learn how to invest for retirement. Fear it? No, you should embrace it because there is no other financial alternative that has consistently out-paced the cost of living effects of inflation. I've invested in the stock market for over 30 years and it has paid off handsomely for me. The key is to diversify your money into different securities to mitigate uncompensated risk as much as possible, keep your payment expenses low, and invest into tax friendly securities.

Oh and avoid speculative markets! They are way too risky and are not worth the headache. Investing to build wealth takes time and discipline but well worth the effort to secure your financial future.

Hope this helps!
