Okay, sooooooo, I read the Hickman Avengers issue with The Beyonders killing all of The Celestials, the Living Tribunal, Eternity, Infinity, Lord Chaos and Master Order (And I THINK the In-Betweener, too.). BUUUUUTTTT, they all appear to be back now and the cosmology seems to be changing in The Ultimates. I'm a HUUUUGGGEEEE cosmic fan, especially of the old Jim Starlin stuff, and a fan of characters like The Elders, Warlock, The Stranger, etc. So, since we seem to be getting the cosmic characters back and they seem to be getting killed off all over again, do we know the status of characters like Oblivion or Infinity? Oblivion is very important to the cosmos and the cosmic mythology, so certainly he should either be involved in this, or getting killed off. And how about Infinity? Did she come back to life too, or is she still dead? How about characters like The Stranger, Chronos, etc? I'm not sure that I understand how everything is the same again, but since it is, can anyone clarify this? Thank You.

I'd say assume everyone is where they used to be until told something specifically different. Order and Chaos are in a new place merging with the In Betweener and becoming Logos. Galactus had become a force for good but now has been corrupted into something worse than usual for the moment. Living Tribunal got killed by Order and Chaos.

As retroactive changes to continuity goes this one is pretty open ended for now. We can't really tell you HOW things are different IMO. Molecule Man makes a point in Ultimates #6 that the cosmic beings aren't even sure what the nature of their current universe is, whether it's a continuation of the old universe (and the old rules still apply) or a new universe where new rules need to be decided. Things are in flux.

Agreed. We will all have to wait until the end of Ewing's arc to see how the new hierarchy shakes out. It won't be too long now.

From his Formspring page.
Tom, who's more powerful: Galactus or a Celestial? I'd put my money on Galactus over any single Celestial.
