As that would be a welcome change, as the trailors seem to be showing us more of a light hearted comedy touch than prior DC movies?

Maybe to set up WW as their version of cap First Avenger?

"Goddess...Warrior..." Even the tag lines on the trailers are showing just how wrong they're getting Wonder Woman.

They can clone Marvel films precisely. They can make full on comedies if they want. But until they start getting the characters right their movies will continue to underperform.

"Warrior" has always been debatable. From her start, she was a warrior for peace. You can mince words however you like, but that's what she was. She's been even more so a warrior post-COIE, post-Zero Hour, and in the New52.

And in the New52, she's a demigoddess.
