I found Scott Snyder's approach to continuity as baffling and alienating as his writing. References and visits to Braal, despite previous continuity establishing it as a world seeded by Lar Gand in the 21st century and duly colonised over the next millenium. A never before seen Kendra Saunders and Carter Hall roaming the world as the Hawks, despite Geoff Johns assurance that the JSA is caught in a temporal limbo. Will Payton exists as Starman? So so many distractions and confusions, another layer of proof that the editors behind stewarding this series have not the ability or courage to step in and streamline the writers script and deliver the appropriate advice that would refine his script and story...
