Believe it, this book was fun, thought provoking, and definitely worth checking out! Believe it, Gwen Poole may just be the new charmer of the comic books (universe)!

You and I agree completely on this one! Gwenpool is always near the top of my reading list.

Believe it, even though it's only 3 issues in, this could become my newest guilty pleasure - is there really room for yet another 'good hearted' assassin!

I have a feeling that as she gradually comes to believe in her new world as actually real, the assassin routine will diminish, or will be focused exclusively on bad guys (which I guess it already is, by coincidence I think).

Frankly, if I had the skills and the guts, I would have no qualms being a hit man if all my hits were bad guys. Who cares if they die? Surely the universe doesn't. But the trick is to not die oneself, and to avoid the cops.

Hopefully she doesn't shoot herself in the foot and consistently lose my interest as often as Deadpool, Punisher, Elektra, Harley Quinn, etc have repeatedly done.

Harley lost my interest long ago. I liked her in her very early days, when she was still pining for the Joker, and even in the early days of her emotional independence. But nowadays I have no idea who she is. She needs to get out of the Suicide Squad.

Elektra hasn't interested me in any comic book incarnation, ever. Not even as a love interest for Daredevil. I just don't care about her at all. Except on the Netflix TV series. There, she's interesting.

The Punisher interests me when he's not being drawn by Steve Dillon, whose art I despise.

Deadpool can almost always hold my attention. My one gripe right now is the stupid Spanish-speaking guy whose words aren't translated for the reader. WTF, Marvel? It's not funny in the least. It's irritating.

Here's a thorough -and accurate- review already typed up by another fan:
    > Gwenpool #3 is an utterly fantastic issue, with Christopher Hastings expertly melding heartfelt drama with wacky jokes. Doctor Strange is a wonderful guest star, especially with some of the jokes that...

Not only is their likable art and lead character, this issue added layers/dimensions to the 3 long established and wonderful guest star choices with MODOK, Batroc and Dr.Strange! MODOK the genius idiot who soliloquys into a pen, the French joke with more insight we've eever saw, and the TRULY master of the mystic arts approving of Benedict Cumberbatch! \:D All that and more. And even the supporting shop owner Ronnie has potential to be unbelievable - in a good way.

Yup, the story worked.
