In my re-imagining of the FF, Lockjaw would be a member of the FF - part of the greater FF team outside of the core four. I really liked it when Slott had Lockjaw come and stay with Ben. I always felt that Ben and Lockjaw were a great team and had a great friendship. Ben needs a companion other than Alicia.

Yeah, count me in as a fan of Ben and Lockjaw. The two were a perfect duo. So now I'm sitting here hoping for a cross-over between the Black Bolt book and Marvel 2-in-1.

Eh, don't get your hopes up. I understand we get excited when Marvel makes a reference to the FF or does a HalftAsstic Four with a new MTIO, but the truth is, Marvel is so awful and political these days that it is cringeworthy. ANAD Marvel was so bad it was embarrassing.

Without the FF, Marvel is like DC without Superman. The FF were the center of the Marvel Universe. Everything was connected to the FF at some point. The hiatus has only hurt the property, not helped it. I suspect there will be less fans now, because many have moved on.

I'll always give the FF a look if it comes back. But I am not sure I can ever forget how Marvel so poorly handled their flagship superhero team during this period.

The Inhumans are a B-Team property. Outside of the FF context, they aren't really that interesting. They are side players now forced to be center stage and being sold to us as the "new" X-Men. They aren't and everyone knows it. It's simply lame on Marvel's part.

Message to Marvel - get rid of your current editorial leadership and bring in some new creative thinkers and minds. Right now, you are BORING!
