And that was one of the dumbest storylines. At the end, Ben had this Lois Lane moment, where he realizes that anyone he marries would be at risk due to his status as a super-hero. I've always maintained that Ben really missed a good opportunity with Thundra, though I doubt that union would have lasted. Or maybe it would have? They never explored it.

I found that early interplay between Ben and Thundra to be very entertaining. Unfortunately I think she's moved on. Which means, of course, that she will soon be dating Johnny, who would have dated Sue by now if she weren't his sister. I'm surprised Johnny hasn't dated Debbie Green.

You can't tell me there was no lesbianism on "Femizonia". Nope not buying that.

I always thought Thundra should get into a lesbian relatiobnship with Sharon Ventura. Let's face it Sharon's ugly, hates men and she's going to have to resort to lesbianism eventually. And Thundra's seems like she's one flannel shirt and wallet with a chain away from going full lesbian anyways.

And if Thundra isn't 100% into it...Shary still looks like Ben and Thundra likes Ben.

I won't tell you there wasn't, but it hasn't been addressed in the MU - has it? In Thundra's world, men and women were at war, and apparently neither side was willing to mingle for reproductive purposes. So they developed scientific methods for reproduction, such as cloning, artificial, etc.

Per Comicvine Wiki entry for Thundra:

Due to anti-male politics and advances in biological research and technology, by the early 23rd century, natural childbirth was totally supplanted by laboratory birthing, and men were bred only as servants, entertainers, and breeding stock.

The above statement is contradictory - why would femizon's need breeding stock? I suppose for raw genetic material, DNA?

While there likely may have been some kind of same sex activity, Thundra seemed to prefer men for some reason, having shown attraction to Ben Grimm, The Hulk and Hyperion.
