Quote: Quote: I would say most Fantastic Four stories revolve aroundQuote: Quote: 1. Dr. Doom and Latveria2. Namor and Atlantis 3. The Inhumans and Attilan 4. Black Panther and Wakanda (it's like they only travel to the same 4 places over and over again) 5. Alternate timelines 6. Franklin's powers 7. Ben's mutations 8. The Frightful Four 9. Skrulls 10. Galactus Quote: Quote: And that's about it really. Every writer's run will hit most of these.Quote: You forgot one more: Negative Zone stories. Although general cosmic storylines (Watchers, Overmind, Celestials, Terminus) could be another. And while the above might sound limiting, series often go off the rails when they try most to be different. Just look at all the complaints about Marvel now when they're trying to be different. How good the Fantastic Four are is about how well writers/artists tell the above stories. Stan and Jack of course paved the way here, but Byrne and Hickman hit most of the above, and they are the two best subsequent runs in my opinion.Yep. Can't forget the Negative Zone. 5 places. They almost never go anywhere outside of Attilan, Atlantis, Wakanda, Latveria...and the Negative Zone. ![]() | |||||||
