Oh yeah. Sure Wally is... just as Dick Grayson is always going to be Robin. Sorry. Wally made the role of the Flash his own, and I doubt after 20 years of character development and starting a family of his own fans will accept him back in his Kid Flash costume. Plus, that suit belongs to Bart now, or rather soon anyway.
