When did Bart return from the dead?
And did you find it hypocritically that Bart was complaining about Barry coming back from the dead?

Bart came back at the end of Legion of 3 Worlds #3. The Brainiacs engineered a plan to bring him back from the Speed Force using his cousin XS, some sort of treadmill thing, the Lightening Lads and Lasses. At the end of the issue he popped out of the Speed Force to help them out with Superboy Prime.

It's been hinted that he'll be sent back to the present. How he came back as a teenager when he died in his twenties and all the other questions will have to wait to be addressed.

But yes, Bart did seem to have a chip on his shoulder, but I think he's worried, like a lot of DC readers are, that Barry's return is going to mess up all the progress they've made with Wally and his personal story--a lot of people have been worried that he'll be relegated to the Titans in favor of Barry when for the past 20 years he's been THE Flash of the DCU, which is understandable. Also, Bart's old mentor and father figure, Max Mercury got sucked into the Speed Force and with Barry and Bart's own return, I think he's bummed that of all the returns, Max's has been one of them.

No matter what they say, Wally is definately going to be second fiddle from now on. There is nothing to think about. I was not in favor of Hal returning, knowning that all the progress in GL since he was taken off would be wasted and in a way it did happen. However, thanks to Geoff, we have the best GL stories ever and I seriously like Hal now, more than I ever did before.

Still, once Bruce is back as Batman, I really feel that Nightwing, Wally, Donna, Garth and all the mid-generation heroes who should already be first-tiers but can't because of the "big-name" icons should be shunted of to their own Earth, like how to Freedom Fighters went from Earth 2 to their own Earth (back before COIE). I would love to see a series set in continuity, where these guys are the primary big heroes of their Earth. No need to adopt the names of Superman or Batman, just use their current ID and live up to their potential.

Wally can be the primary Flash of this Earth.
