It was announced that Francis Manapul will be the artist for Geoff Johns' Flash ongoing series as well as the first arc being titled, "The Dastardly Death of The Rogues." I'm a little disappointed at the choice in artist but with Manapul being a huge Flash fan as well as Johns, I think the series will be in good hands.
