how fast can he walk?

Never been clocked. The fact is once he activates his speed the whole world is almost standing still, so for example when Wally West is in a cinema and someone fires a gun at him he can calmly walk around snatching bullets. Think of The Matrix film where Neo first comes to power - all those bullets stand still for him, and that is what life is like for the Flash.

He can walk yes, but it's more instinctive for him to run.Â
