So, a new Wally West, with nothing to do with the original which generations of readers followed into his rightful destiny as The Flash... thoughts?

As Kid Flash in the 80's when I started reading, he was pretty much a douchebag. After COIE when he took over being Flash, Mike Baron and then Bill Messner Loebs took advantage of his imperfect nature and wrote Flash as a real character study of a selfish, immature young man who was learning to be better. Then Mark Waid came along and made FLASH immensely popular, but he turned Wally into Peter Parker, and he stopped being interesting to me. It was very hard to imagine Wally as the same person.
