I've been wondering how Star Labs will go on when Reverse Flash's identity is revealed. I mean Cisco and Snow can't be expected to run the company themselves, but Ray Palmer could.

Interesting thought. Do you see this as becoming the new status quo on the Flash, or would you see Star Labs becoming less central to the Flash series (eventually) and becoming instead the centerpiece of a new Atom series?

I don't think it will be the new status quo but Star Labs might still be phased out. When Arrow first started a lot of stories revolved around his relationships with his mother, sister, best friend and ex-girlfriend. Moira and Tommy died, Laurel barely interacts with Oliver anymore and Thea and Oliver don't seem close this season at all.

Of course my fear is Star Labs will blow up and next season Snow will work at the library and Cisco will be a barrista.

Thinking about it, Barry hasn't really bonded in a personal way with any of the Star Labs people. There's congeniality there, and teamwork, and mutual (professional) trust - but there isn't the kind of bond we see between Oliver and his crew. Maybe this is because the writers know the end game is to separate Barry from Star Labs.

It's taken 3 years for Oliver to forge those bonds though. Flash at this point in his first season is a lot closer to his crew than Arrow was to his crew in his first season.
