So they're gonna start putting anyone who knows too much in prison FOREVER. What if Iris figures it out? She just goes in a jail cell?

Forget the fact that some of us might like that plot twist given the low opinion of the character. \:\)

I'm not the biggest fan of her character either BUT...I loved how her new Pulitzer winning co-worker deflates her ego. They need to keep him for a while.

I also thought it was ridiculous that she went from being a blogger to a job as a genuine journalist due to having an in with the Flash.

This issue took strides to fixing three of my big problems with Iris.

1. She was mocked for being a blogger (mock them I say!)
2. She's found someone who doesn't think she's perfect
3. She has a real journalism job...and not everyone loves her. She's going to have to win respect. And the great thing is people at work don't dislike her because she's black or because she's a woman. They dislike her because she's a blogger. I really like that angle.

Iris sometimes comes off as spoiled...not a brat but she doesn't seem to see how good she has it. Having her interact with a co-worker who thinks she's a lazy Millennial will be good for her. She needs the humbling.

I agree that Iris could use some humility, however she is also young and not experienced much in the backstabbing and politicking that comes from many career paths.

As to her getting the job due to having an "in" with the Flash, well that is the editor wanting to scoop any and all competition by basically having a "Lois Lane" on staff that always gets the super hero news.

She will learn and grow from this, unless Reverse Flash kills her. \:\)
