I really don't think TV Barry is mature enough to have a youthful sidekick. But Wells is. Kid Flash's costume has always looked similar to the Reverse Flash's. Go all the way and make Wally the Reverse Flash's sidekick! This would be temporary, of course. Wally would eventually turn away from the dark side - and spin off into his own series!
