Blue ? I thought that Hunter Zolomon's costume was also yellow.

Does it mean that :

(1) DC-Warner have decided to merge Cobalt Blue, Zoom and Pollux into one character ?

(2) Malcolm Thawne, an evil alternate version of Eddie Thawne, will replace the dead good Eddie Thawne & the erased Eobard Thawne to correct the time paradox ?
