IF ZOOM is Henry Allen, and that is still a big IF, then it would be Earth 2 Henry Allen. There is no way Earth 1 Henry could sit in prison if he was ZOOM.

Unless his powers manifested after he was released.

But they have stated ZOOM is from Earth 2 and has been around for 2 years fighting Jay Garrick. Si he can't be Earth 1 Henry.

Ship's departure at the start of Season 1 was definitely a signal that the Henry Allen subplot was done, but it could also have been a way to get us to not think that ZOOM is Earth 2 Henry Allen.

Ship has stated in interviews that he didn't want to wear the hot, uncomfortable costumes again, but that could be a misdirect and money does talk.

FOr all we know Henry 2 is ZOOM and when he unmasks we may be looking at an Empire Strikes Back style moment "I AM YOUR FATHER!"
