Yeah, I don't know. I'm surprised the city doesn't want to tear it down. I mean as far as the public knows it's an abandoned building owned by a company that caused a great disaster and a company that has done zero since then.

Did Eobard give Star Labs to Barry in that recording where he confessed to Barry's mother's murder? I might be imagining//mis-remembering.
