Have we seen Joe date? Joe needs to date...he has a respectable career (and I think detectives make decent money), he's debonair and presumably he has a good singing voice like his Earth-2 counterpart. Joe should be getting all kind of ass.

My personal theory back in season 1 was that he was really banging Laurel's mother Dinah (who lives in Central City) but as the series goes on I guess that's implausible.
