How many years early did Thrawne cause the reactor problem to take place, once he'd disguised himself as Wells?
If that never happens, then when Barry returns to the present, he can't have become The Flash yet, since the reactor accident is back on schedule...and didn't happen six months before Season 1.
All of the meta-humans will still be ordinary humans.
It also means that the timeline contradiction of Eddie being dead and unable to produce Thrawne, thus Barry's mother never being killed...and yet she was...
While she's been saved, Barry never became The Flash (not yet anyway), so he couldn't have gone back to save her. So when he returns to the present, is she dead, or not?
And if none of this happened on Earth-1, so we're starting with a clean slate, what of Earth-2? Apparently that Wells DID have the reactor accident at the same time as on Earth-1 in Earth-1's Thrawne-altered timeline. THE TIMELINE CHANGES ON EARTH-1 CAN'T DIRECTLY AFFECT EARTH-2. This means Zoom WAS CREATED on Earth-2. The only difference is that Barry didn't mess with the universe and create the breaches, so Zoom never got interested in alternate worlds.
Zoom is therefore still alive, and could eventually learn how to travel to alternate worlds. He's also a pure menace that can't be stopped on Earth-2. He also likely never ran into Jay (no dimension hopping), so Jay's fine on Earth-3. Always has been... And he's also never met Barry.
I suspect the Earth-1 reactor accident may be back on schedule, and will happen when it was supposed to (WISH I COULD REMEMBER HOW FAR OFF EOBARD SAID IT WOULD HAVE BEEN)...
This is all going to be VERY interesting.
I think RF made things happen about 5 years or so sooner.
