I LOVE it! What do you think?

It's not bad! I do think it looks a little too much like Bart Allen, but then Brett Booth designed both their costumes and Booth was artist in the Teen Titans for quits some time, so I find my dislike of Bart-in-the-Titans bleeding over into this Booth drawn redesign.

On its own terms though it is a very nice tribute to Wally's time as THE Flash and where he is now. I like the gesture.
