Kind of frustrating that the super-villain in this episode was kind of a dud. I was excited for Barry to fight a real Monster like something out of the Marvel's Atlas days.

I really enjoy HR every scene he was in was hilarious.

I think he has a point that a science fiction writer might be useful, but I'm biased since I'm a sci-fi fan and sometimes writer.

I like what they did with Barry's lab partner in this episode. Good character development.

Good plotline with Caitlin too. You thought Caitlin was a cold fish, she obviously gets it from her mom. Yikes!

Other folks thoughts?

I like the focus on character development and relationships in this episode. It was a nice break from the usual routine . . .
I need some help from the long term Flash comic readers. They seem to be playing Caitlyn's Killer Frost evolution as though something is in her trying to take over and she is resisting. Was it that way in the comics?
I agree with the others . . . just leave Albert alone and let him be the cynic of the show. It is quite refreshing.

BTW- Barry performed the Star Wars technique incorrectly. In the movie they wrapped the cables around the Walkers legs. Barry put the cables in front of the "monster" to trip it. Nit picking I know . . .
