This list addressed my mine gripe which is the same as my main gripe against Arrow, that the world outside of Star Labs doesn't exist. No one has a life outside of Star Labs so there is never a B-story to throw to.

That's what really made Arrow and Flash work the first couple of years that there would be a mix of hero stuff and romance/family type stuff.

Now they just try to do both stories together and it doesn't work as well.

My other gripe is that most of the villain stories took a back seat to whatever the drama of the week was. It made it feel like a soap opera instead of a superhero show.
