This episode was better than last weeks. It was spilt into two parts. The parts were: (1)Sherloque, Nora and Iris searching for the core of the satellite, (2) Barry, Kaitlyn and Cisco searching for Kaitlyn's father and (3) Ralph and Cecile trying to get records from a FEMA help center.
Part 1 was okay. Iris and Nora are now trying to work together and appreciate each other rather than fighting all the time. They are on the road to having a better smooth relationship (and wrecking the timeline for the future). Sherloque is such a pompous, arrogant character played perfectly by Tom Cavanaugh. This was a nice easy going part of the episode.
Part 2 was had a little more tension. Kaitlyn's father played them perfectly until the end when Cisco figured out who he really was. I don't know why Kaitlyn wouldn't trust Cisco. I know it's her father, who abandoned her, that is the villain but come on! Cisco has been her best friend for a long time through thick and thin and he is the one who discovered Wells was actually Thawne in Season 1. I enjoyed this part of the episode. We got some good background information on Kaitlyn. Plus, KILLER FROST is back!
Part 3 was kinda slow. As a DA Cecile would be able to get a cop to request a search warrant that she could push through so this was kind of a "throw away" part of the episode. Yes, we learned a little about Cecille and her altered powers so it was somewhat useful.
All in all not a bad episode . . .

Its lonely in here by myself. \:\-\(

Would have posted more about this season but been preoccupied with my own regeneration cycle as it were.

Anyway, this season so far is still recovering from last season.

Nora needs to go back to the future, but she will likely be around for the impending Elseworlds crossover, which since the Monitor is said to be in it, we may as well call it the Crisis crossover. Also John Wesley Shipp will be in it as the 90's TV Barry Allen, thus I predict that they will pull a hat trick as it were and it will be the 90's Barry Allen that disappears forever in the Crisis.

Barry having the Flash Ring is nice, even though he shouldn't have it yet as it and the suit are not invented until the new Atom comes along.

Though I would think Cisco could study the ring and suit and replicate them....

Also Nora being in the present shows that once again they are playing fast and loose with time travel and paradoxes and apparently do not care. RF still exists despite his linear ancestor killing himself in Season 1. However since Barry exists as the Flash and his origin and RF's origins are hopelessly intertwined it is likely that it is Barry's existence that sustains RF in the time stream.

Killer Frost, glad she is back and while she is Caitlyn's bad girl persona she doesn't seem to be evil/insane now. We'll see how long that lasts.

Episode 100 is also supposed to be the return of Barry's enemies like RF, Zoom and Savitar...ugh....

overall I am really hoping this is the last season of Flash and Arrow.
