I thought Batwoman was horrible because the actress sucks. And I didn't like the whole Kara is stronger than Clark conversation (again). But other than that I enjoyed everything else. Oliver as the Flash was just comedy gold. I really liked the conversation where Iris said she didn't want Barry to be more like Oliver because that's not who she married.

What was up with that Mjolnir type hammer Superman has in the fortress that Lois used later? Is that Steel's hammer? I feel like I missed an entire conversation about that thing.

I'm glad those crappy Legends were left out of the mix this year. And going into this crossover my gut told me we were going to see Psycho Pirate and sure enough he showed up.

In the Superman movie, I think that it's a misinterpretation of Superman changing the rotation of the Earth. What makes more sense, is you're either seeing him traveling backwards through time or through his speed is setting up a field that has the earth moving backwards through time. Either way, the backwards rotation is simply a visual for the audience for going back through time, not that by reversing the earth's rotation changes time. When he starts flying forwards and the earth begins to rotate normally, it's simply him entering the proper flow of time again at the right point. And, I think the crossover is doing something similar to possibility #2. Time is relative, and Flash experiences "Flash-Time" when moving super fast. By him and Supergirl moving superfast in opposite directions around the earth they are extending a time distortion effect to the earth itself. The earth's rotation is not slowed down, time is. As we exist outside the show, we see it as the earth's rotation slowing. The chief problem I had with that was how that actually changes anything as everyone and thing on earth would likewise be slowed down. You'd still need someone from outside the time effect to act to defeat the villain. It'd make more sense that one of them slows the Earth (Barry as he's the fastest and has the connection to the speed-force) with Kara's moving likewise at superspeed contra to the force allows her to be immune to it's effects and able to act.
