You're right, except that I am figuring that it will be like the comic book Crisis on Infinite Earths in that no one will remember the pre-Crisis multiverse (there's not even a Psycho Pirate in this CoIE!), and there will just be one Earth that everyone has always been on, where the Crisis itself - if remembered at all - will be of a greatly altered form.

There's a Psycho Pirate in the Arrowverse, why wouldn't he be in their COIE? I guess the same reason they didn't use Mon-El or Snapper Carr in the Invasion. Hmm.
