It's not the Crisis of the comics. Sadly.
The original Crisis ended all realities but one.
The CW Crisis restarted the multiverse, with a few changes to at least some of the divergent realities.

I'd have to say this is a combination of the original CRISIS with Infinite Crisis, which I guess isn't so bad, especially when all the CW shows very conveniently had their characters end up sharing the same reality.
I still want to know where Wally was and why he didn't show up during all this. They'd better have a good explanation.
Oh...got any comment on what the President said about Oliver being the world's first hero, when (now) Superman would have already been around on that Earth for a number of years when Ollie returned to Starling City?
