Quote:Slade attempts to join his son's organization. Oliver's presence forces Slade to nearly kill Oliver, they escape and Slade realizes he has to stop his son, no matter what the cost.
Quote:It turns into a father/son fight. Slade learns he has another son, named Grant I think.
Right...the Ravager we saw on Legends. And that timeline John Diggle also had a son. It was almost like Legends went to the future of the timeline Barry screwed up before he even created it.
Quote:Oliver manages to save Slade. Slade learns his son saw him make a kill before he was Deathstroke and that his son decided to follow his father's path.
The family that slays together stays together
Quote:Slade tells Oliver to head home while he travels in search of both his sons. They part ways, but you just know Slade will return one day.
Quote:Team Arrow's villain of the week is code named Dragon. He is a drug dealer looking to secure 3D printing tech so that he can easily and quickly make designer drugs....he's also the guy that makes the drug Diggle has been using.
Quote:Diggle's wife tells him she is not pleased he is still using the drug, and that currently there is nothing at ARGUS that can help him.
Quote:Dragon blows up the place, torching the drugs and his men. Diggle was tempted to take as much of the drugs as possible but didn't so he is currently avoiding becoming a junkie.
Is this supposed to be Richard Dragon the martial arts guy? But the characters seemed nothing alike.
Quote:Diggle confesses and apologizes to Team Arrow, though Felicity was with Oliver and William so they don't know about this yet.
Oliver: I'm going to be out of the country for a few days buddy. Daddy has to go help the man who murdered Grandma save his son.
William: Wait what? Why would you help the guy who murdered grandma? I never got to meet her.
Oliver: Oh no it's cool. Grandma paid your mom off to never tell me about you. She never wanted to meet you. Dinner's in the fridge.
Quote:Curtis reminds Diggle he made a chip that restored Felicity's ability to walk and offers his help to fix Diggle.
It seems like common sense but I never considered he would go to Curtis.
Quality of the season is improving, but my overall mood regarding all this isn't.
I'm liking this season or at least the last few episodes not counting the hacker one. John as Green Arrow. Deathstroke is back but isn't crazy anymore. Oliver gets to raise his son (until something awful happens). They've dialed back Felicity being annoying. And I kinda prefer evil Laurel to real Laurel.
