First comic by all Black writers and was called "All Negro Comics" (1947)

And it never had a second issue.

Some great information in the links about this piece of comic history.

The spotlight is on comics right this minute and how the industry has handled race. We veteran fans know it's been a very rocky road indeed. It's nice to see Black Panther doing great business, for all comic book movies which critics were eager to suggest were losing their oomph with audiences. A sequel is a given but I personally would love to see The Falcon get the next high-profile gig for a black hero. He's got the makings of a first-rate big screen hero. On TV of course Luke Cage is winning fans and Black Lightning seems to be winning over critics too. The audience is out there it appears.
