I'm sorry to hear about the diabetes. It has plagued my family and I've tried my best to stay active all my life not to fall into the same problem.

Thanks, Kev. Yeah, it's tough, but still controllable for me. (I did give in today, though, and ate some ice cream.)

I'm also fighting some benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), which makes it hard to sit and read, or work/play on the computer except for short periods at a time. So… I've been entertaining myself instead as best I can by listening to audio books.
