the first one I could find with actual Czech actors and dialouge,
the operation itself starts around the 5:15 mark.
Filmed in black and white (don't know why this version is in colour) and I think filmed at the actual location in Prague (before it was reconstructed) this one does well.
It was a relatively isolated area (only two witnesses claimed to have seen it when arrested by the germans) but it is missing the tram that was nearby. (No one on the tram claimed to have seen it).
it shows the lookout signaling with a mirror accurately.
It gets the jamming rifle right, although I don't think Gabcik stepped in front of the car. this was done for dramatic effect and has influenced all later depictions.
When Kubis throws the bomb, it blows two nazi uniforms out of the car, which is also documented.
The driver chased after Gabcik, but we don't get to see the result in this clip.
Again, missing a few details but it gets more right than wrong
