80 years old.
Guess that shows how old we're getting as I've always thought of him as the younger generation that took over after Stan Lee.
His biggest impact on comics for me will always be the Vision. I had the Marvel Super Action reprint of Avengers 57 since childhood. I love that ish.
I also really liked Avengers Annual 23 and Thor Annual 19, a Thomas 2-parter featuring Thor, Loki and Pluto.
What are your Roy Thomas classics or forgotten favorites?

His Kree-Skrull War in the Avengers was a favorite of mine. He had a hand in launching "The Defenders" which is one of my favorite "non-teams" in history, and (if memory serves) he launched the "What if" series too! I also enjoyed his stories in the Invaders and the All-Star Squadron. He had a knack for writing characters with a Golden Age feel, but his stories were also a bit quirky and off beat (which I love). How's that for a short list?
