Here is my theory. If you remember the 300 issue and the ones leading up to it. There was a scene where Strange spoke with Bruce in Bruce's mental plane and Bruce said that he did not want the pain of co-existing with the Hulk again. Bruce then "Jumped" off of a mental cliff and totally gave into the rage of the hulk leaving no trace of himself on the mental palce, hence making the "Mindless" Hulk.
What I think will happen here is something similar. I think like in the 300 issues, Strange will meet Bruce on his mental plane, and tell him that Bruce and Bruce alone has to power to stop all this and that He'd help him and ensure his safety, etc etc. However this time Bruce AND Hulk will respond in unison on the Mental plane to Strange and I think that Bruce and Hulk will be on the same page for once and will in essence...dare I say..."Merge" for real and become the most "Whole" being that they've ever been? I think Bruce feels the Hulk's pain, especially when Hulk felt the loss of his Child, which is also Bruce's child, and deep down Bruce never got over Betty's miscarrige. I think that Hulk and Bruces mutual pain, and the fact that those they may have each trusted and respected all stabbed them in the back will bring Bruce and the Hulk together as one. Now this time, instead of Bruce giving up his essence to the Hulk's Savagry...now he is belnding himself to his Savagry as he for once agrees with it. I think after their conflict with Strange is over you will see a Hulk that is not only powerd up, and learned how to fight like a gladiator...but also now will have even more if not all access to Banner's elite Mind. SO basically I forsee the same scenerio as issue 300, only Bruce embraces his Hulk side now instead of fighting it. Now THAT...would be a scary Hulk...it'd make the Professor seem like a mouse.

I often say that World War Hulk is like an extended version of #300 of the previous series. \:\-D

I mean think it over:

1. Dr. Strange plays a role in both exiles

2. SHIELD plays a role in both Exiles

3. Hulk takes on a bunch of New York's heroes during both exiles

While the events were different the results were often the same in the Hulk becoming an uncontrolable monster that beaten up New york's finest. \:\-\(
