The look he had was the Maestro one, but if he was, he got beaten so hard that he reverted to savage childlike behaviour and speech. He is kept in a bone cellar, eating scraps and fallen heroes for Thanos, like a glorified garbage disposal, and begs Thanos "kill... Hulk?" as soon as he sees him. Apparently, he has been fed a living Cap America at one point if Ghost Rider is to be believed, which kind of screws the timeline of "million of years in the future" this is supposed to happen in, unless it was a time travelling Cap. His room is full of the bones of Thanos victims, including a classic looking thor skeleton (weird considering we saw Thanos fight old king thor in the previous one, maybe it was thunderstrike or some other thor like being), octavius arms, the helmet of magneto and nova, the absorbing man ballchain, iron man chestpiece, wolverine clawed skeleton, etc The Ghost Rider is a driven crazy Frank Castle.

The Fallen one is a Cancerverse looking black Silver Surfer, apparently followed by some kind of annihilation wave... Old Thanos has the twilight sword as a main weapon.

So much for The Hulk being Thanos' weapon of mass destruction. It looks like Thanos completely broke him.
Let's hope Hulk gets his act back together and smashes some payback around. There must be another reason for him still being around besides just being Thanos' pet.
Frank Castle being this Ghost Rider makes zero sense. They create a new Ghost Rider, make him act and talk like Deadpool so nobody can guess it's actually The Punisher. A lame move.
Other than that, I still liked the story.
I really enjoyed that Thanos gets a kick out of the penance stare and that he does it every morning.
