Like Cth mentioned, we're in a new Marvel Universe now. The old one (universe 7) ended (earths colliding, Beyonders,..) in the beginning of the last Secret Wars and the new one was created at the end of the series. Universe 8.
So, a brand new universe! Everything that happened the last 70 years
doesn't really have to matter anymore.

I hate Secret Wars. Crisis on Infinte Earths shook thing up with their retcons.

Marvel could have shaken things or left things alone. Instead they now have a weasel excuse for continuity errors and they just say "Secret Wars" to ward off any complaints.

So Secret Wars is only relevant when a writer screws up continuity wise. Secret Wars didn't make clear changes to the timeline like Clark being the only Kryptonian on earth. No it's just weasel stuff they use to explain continuity errors. None of the changes from Secret Wars were defined (except Miles).
