Back in the eighties when I was a kid I remember a cartoon where Bruce Banner would strip down to his purple trousers and then stand in a spot and press a button on the floor with his toe, that then led some kind of ray hitting him and releasing the Hulk.

Did I dream this? Did it happen? Can't find it online.

If it isn't my imagination then this idea looks like its been done before.

Try Hulk 269.. I remember it also. Rick bombarded himself with radiation that way.. although I can't remember if it was foot activated or via a joystick button type thing.

Although to be fair, it may be Abomination you're thinking about..
