Today concludes this run of Indy "horror" covers. It's been fun to gather these up, I hope they've been fun to see. I've learned a lot about Indy horror doing this, and I've been impressed by just how many Independent comics have been dedicated to horror in one way or another.

I'm closing with a quartet of Indy Halloween specials.

Enjoy! \:\-\)

...they're obviously rooted in horror, but with a very cartoonish orientation. Always a very appealing mix. It's what made many classics what they are, including things like Army of Darkness, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, and Toxic Avenger. I just love all that stuff.

"Ladies and gentlemen! You've read about it in the newspapers! Now, shudder as you observe, before your very eyes, that most rare and tragic of nature's mistakes! I give you... the average man!"
(by Joker, from The Killing Joke).
