It's in the Your Profile section using the hyperlink of the same name
at the top of the screen, right under the banner.

What's weird is that I'd swear I changed it to "Threaded" but today I see I
need to change <i>Message Listing:,/i> to  <i>By Subject</i> to get that
view.  Strange.  Guess I was pretty tired last night.

The avatars only show up once you open a thread.


Yeah, by "subject" gives you the UBB-type format and the avatar appears on the left.
