How is Micronauts? Is it the traditional Marvel characters/story world or a different take on the toy line?

It's different. One huge difference is the complete absence of Arcturus Rann. But beyond that, there's a different universe being established, with its own politics and dangers. Baron Karza is a big bad, but he's not the only one.

Nevertheless, it's pretty cool, and it's on my pull list. There's actually a Firefly vibe to the story so far.

Thanks AmCap(and Black Guardian). I checked out issue 1 and it was definitely a keeper. I'll be a month behind waiting on the price drops, but will definitely be following this one, too (le sigh, my comic stipend needs to grow again) I really liked the new take on the characters, just wish I still had some of those toys.. even if Acroyear's danged legs always got loose on his big rollerderby feet.
