In the movies Tony will employ multiple armors at once, with of course only one of them manned. This effectively turns him into a one-man super-team. Should he employ the army of armors in the comics? Does it make him too powerful?

I hate this very concept; it ruined IM III for me. The whole point behind the "suit of armor" is that it is a man inside making the decisions and NOT a robot/drone. (I guess Shane Black did not watch IM II,)

So to answer your question, "No Tony should not use his army of armors in the comic".
