...I would gladly use him in a team up of Starks super smart enemy villains that still hold a grudge. Maybe Stark only learns of their plot as one of them was quietly reformed by Tony (like Hawkeye etc...) and has just led a quiet life and the others assumed he still had hatred for Stark.

I'd go for the...it takes a group/team of Supersmart people to be a threat to one of the three big brains...and that a major reason they fail is Tony's own desires to make life better for everyone and give others a second chance...maybe another brain could even see this and change during the arc.

In the first issues, I'd make the reader believe that Dr. Strange is somehow involved and everyone would believe that I am talking about Stephen Strange. \:\-\)

Then, I imagined that there is an artificial planetoid in one of the Shadow Realms where the forgotten villains reside and Doctor Carlo Strange is their leader (actually, Charles Strange or Carl Strange sounds a bit better than Carlo Strange, I think).

Dr. Carl(o) Strange would have created a 'Tortuga Island' for forgotten supervillains. \:\-\)

After all, if Hugo Strange once returned from comics limbo, why not Carl(o)? (^_^)
