If anyone can nutshell it, what's the difference between "Starro the Conqueror" and "The Star Conqueror?" They're both giant alien starfish who control peoples' minds right?

Isn't Starro the one who's been showing up in recent years such as in the Human Defense Corps, and currently in JLofA (or at least his Starlings or whatever they're called)?
