The one I can think of is in Morrisson's run of JLA when there was an alternate future where Darkseid found the Anti-Life equation (Rock of Ages Storyline) and Kid Amazo was part of the new JLA that eventually killed him.

Lord Majestros:
In "JLA: Another Nail" Green Arrow's brain was put into Amazo's body and he was a hero. However, he was killed as well.
