I don't think that he will. After his 3 issues of the 5-part crossover with JUSTICE SOCIETY OF AMERICA, Meltzer only has 2 issues left in his tenure as JLA writer.

And from what I understand the Ray Palmer story will resolve in COUNTDOWN and ALL-NEW ATOM.

Has it been noted anywhere who is taking over the writing of the team after Meltzer takes off?

If I've read that nugget, I've forgotten about it. :-/
