Last I read Ronnie Raymond is not dead, and I believe they know Wally still exists as well as The Atom and Aquaman. Why there hasn't been an active search to help any of them? Makes logical sense but not comic book sense. Rip Jagger who is the female character on your posting?

The JLA have just re-formed and haven't even had a first mission yet so it makes perfect sense that they haven't searched for these "lost" members.

Probably would help if you replied to Rip directly instead of aquaman. But to answer your question, she's the Phantom Lady.
