Who would be a good group to go against the new JLA? The rule is that you can't have anyone on the Legion of Doom that hasn't been a member of any other Injustice League/Gang/Society etc...

Black Canary vs. Lady Shiva
Superman vs. Zod
Batman vs. Bane
Wonder Woman vs. Circe
Green Lantern vs. Cheshire
Red Arrow vs. Constantine Drakon
Hawkgirl vs. Komand'r
Red Tornado vs. Solomon Grundy
Black Lightning vs. The Black Bomber (new character)
Vixen vs. Black Alice

Mostly just because I don't want to merely duplicate your work:

Black Canary: Roulette (Both GA legacies, both talented organizers)
Superman: Hank Henshaw, the Cyborg-Superman
Batman: David Cain
Wonder Woman: Doctor Cyber (as updated by Kurt Busiek in Power Company)
Green Lantern: Evil Star
Red Arrow: Henry Cannon, of Cannon and Sabre from Vigilante
Hawkgirl: The Fadeaway Man
Red Tornado: Typhoon, from Firestorm
Black Lightning: White Dragon (racial supremacist from Ostrander's Hawkman)
Vixen: Tabu, who faced her in Animal Man during Morrison's run
