> This was a great and I must say the best cartoon series ever. The final episode with Superman vs Darkseid with Supes not holding back was great. They show the villains alot which makes for a great series. The episode with Lex Luthor taking over Flash's mind and vice versa was classic. Itwould have been interesting if it was Batman taking over Lex's.

While I agree that Batman, Superman and the JLA animated series' were the best cartoons ever made, I have to disagree about the finale with Superman vs Darkseid. We'd seen that twice already, and frankly I didn't feel the need to see it a third time. What would have made for a great finale, was Darkseid defeating Superman, and then getting clobbered by the combined might of J'onn, Wonder Woman, Bizarro, Sinestro and the Parasite(using Darkseid's own Omega beams against him). What was the point of having the Legion team up with the League if they didn't do anything impressive while they were working together????

With the JLU as an example, it's frustrating that Marvel's best effort was to come up with Ultimate Avengers. The animation was good, but since a cartoon with the classic Avengers has never made it to the screen, I can't see why they went with the ultimate version. I didn't waste my time buying it.

Nothing impressive? The fact that the villains were even helping save their own world was impressive. Oh, and that little thing Lex Luthor did. You know, "sacrificing" himself to stop Darkseid.
