since Infinite Crisis/52/OYL there are some issues regarding Black Canary's founding status in the JLA.....can anyone clear this up?...or is it as confusing as it seems and there is no explanation as of yet?

in the JLA origin in 52 the Black Canary is the 8th founding member of the JLA and along with Martian Manhunter, Aquaman, Flash, and Green Lantern she is part of the core team until Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman accept full status.....so she is a member before Green Arrow, Atom, and Hawkman....that seems cool and does not totally negate the JLA Year One storyline or completely ignore the silver age JLA origin.....

But in Justice League of America #0 it shows in flashback that the founding members are the silver age original 7 founding members...which would indicate that the Canary joined the JLA after Green Arrow, Hawkman, and Atom....

in Birds of Prey it shows in a flashback the Canary chasing Tigress/Huntress and remarking how she and Green Arrow are new members of the Justice League...which also negates her founding status...

in the preview of the upcoming Black Canary miniseries it shows a flashback of the Canary and Arrow in Las Vegas and there are comments made that they are rookies.....

any help here?..

According to Hypertime, she's founder in some timelines and not a founder in other timelines.
