The next few months Batman is taking over the Outsiders and I read from this board he is bringing in J'ONN J'ONNZ, so is he doing two teams and three books? Just wondering?

It looks like from creator interviews and solicitations of the books that Batman will stay in the JLA. With the Outsiders, Batman will be funding the team and handing them the assignments to go on, while Nightwing stays field leader. Hope that helps.
